# Cyclic Test - Specimens are immersed in water
at 27 ± 2 °C for a period of 27 h,
followed by drying in air at 27 ± 2 °C
for 24 h and then in dry air at 70 °C
for 72 h. Three such cycles are to be followed, and then the
specimen are tested for tensile perpendicular to surface.
* Accelerated Water Resistance Test - Specimen are
immersed in water 27 ± 2 °C and water
is brought to boiling and kept at boiling temperature for 2 h.
Specimen are then cooled in water to 27 ± 2 °C and then tested fir tensile strength
perpendicular to surface.
